Regardless of the situation, we recommend resetting your password promptly to ensure the security and reliability of your proxy service. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Dynamic Residential Proxy page.
- In the right sidebar, under the User card, click the Credentials button.
- Click the Reset Password button.
- Once saved, your new password will take effect immediately, and the old one will no longer be valid — keeping your account secure.
